Ken's Gym

Good and reasonable gym in this covid times. But machines are old and half of them doesn't work well. Seems like there is no regular maintenance of the machines.

Ken's gym has been awesome to me. All trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what. I love how they give me tips and are always helpful, encouraging and friendly. The gym itself has a homey vibe to it. Everything is so clean and tidy, and its reasonably priced and it has a great atmosphere

The staff are always very kind and welcoming. One of the male trainers gave me free advice while squatting. It helps me a lot and reduces back pain. I had a bad experience of breathing issues in another gym with poor air circulation, but Ken's gym is excellent air circulation with a cool temperature.

Everything is good about this gym. It's reasonable at 1500rs per month and is equipped with almost all the equipments required for training. I only problem I have is that they don't turn on A/c in winter and because of it the cardio workout is sweaty. Otherwise everything is good about this gym.

My all time favourite gym. Well equipped and also not at all converted into a crowd even during peak hours also. My gym journey started from this gym and I am loving every bit of it. Definitely recommended
