I am here since almost 6 months now and it has been an incredible experience.. She is not only just a good mentor... but a very amazing person.Every day is different(yoga,aerial,aerobics,gym,props) You learn new things with every new session.She pushes you to be a better person daily. Exercise and fun goes hand in hand here.I have felt myself grow with each session. There is different kind of energy and mindfulness after workout. So much grateful for Dr Mona Happy that I decided to join here
