With all needed equipments and very good trainer. The gym provides body building, daily exercise tips and yoga classes to keep you fit and fine. I liked very much their way of guidance, really admirable. Well spacious indoor location, but the outside environment is not good enough, as it is closed indoor with well equiped with air conditioner, so it makes no difference.
This hasn't been to the gym but everyone says he trains really well
