Kenya Gym

I would rate Kenya Gym at MP Shah Medical College in Jamnagar with 4 stars. The affordable monthly fee of 150 INR makes it accessible to students, which is a great aspect. The gym has a decent variety of equipment, although it's lacking in leg-focused machines like leg extensions and squats, as well as calf-specific equipment. It's nice that they have a range of dumbbells, but it's unfortunate that some are unavailable. Maintenance seems to be a mixed bag, with some equipment in good condition and others in bad shape. Considering it's a campus gym, this is somewhat expected. The lack of proper ventilation or cooling can be challenging in hot weather, and the state of the bathroom leaves something to be desired. On the plus side, it's great to hear that the gym has a good speaker system. It's evident that there's a desire to improve the gym facilities, and your mention of needing to fundraise for this purpose is commendable. With some support and contributions, you could certainly work towards making this gym even better for the college community. Keep up the effort to enhance the gym for everyone's benefit!
