My experience with these yoga classes was extremely disappointing. Instead of finding a calm and supportive environment, I encountered negativity and unprofessional behavior. The instructors frequently used abusive language, which created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere -- completely opposite of what yoga should represent. What really bothered me was the way people were treated based on how much money they seemed to have. There was clear judgment and favoritism, and it was obvious that those who appeared more well-off were given more attention and respect. It made the whole experience feel exclusive and shallow. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine yoga instruction or a supportive environment.

The most genuine interaction with Hema Ma'am. Even without any enrollment or payment, she took out time and spoke to me for 45 mins just to guide me with my queries, her approach towards them shows her love for yoga and meditation. and she was honest about the process from the get go. I'm quite certain, she is one of the finest consultants and yoga mentor anyone could find.
