Sharda Madam (Our Trainer and owner ) is very knowledgeable and very helpful, suggests good exercise and diet accordingly our body ,every week body check up is done .... Also everything is satisfactory ... I would suggest everyone to join if you want to be healthy .....

I've been going to Fat to Fit Gym for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with state-of-the-art machines and free weights to suit all fitness levels. What stands out the most is the supportive atmosphere created by the trainer/ owner Mrs Shardha ji. There's also a great variety of group classes that cater to different interests, from high-intensity workouts to yoga, which adds an extra layer of motivation. Overall,Fat to Fit has been a fantastic place to work toward my fitness goals. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay fit, healthy, and part of a positive community!".
