Earlier was the best, but now seems they have made enough money from this business. You cant even expect the time discipline they open the gym with thier own timing.. daily you need to call and ask the owner, is their any change in opening time. Then they will send someone to open the shutter...

It's amazing for beginners! Cost effective, all machine are in great condition, trainers are amazing u can go from 5am to 11pm which is super versatile! I would suggest it to everyone!

Not as good as before, the place needs some restoration and new equipment and weights. And those who are beginners can join and those who wants a gym at low rates can also join.
