They correct form, provide personalized workout guidance, and help you stay consistent. A few more one-on-one sessions or checks would be great, but overall, the team is solid and motivating.

I had surgery on both my legs so I was nervous about starting workouts again but Kore 6 Gym has been a great experience. The trainer is very supportive and designed modified exercises that don't put pressure on my legs yet still help build muscle in my legs and whole body. I have already lost 7 kg.
