The gym is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide range of modern machines and free weights. The trainers are not only knowledgeable but also super supportive--they make sure you're using the correct form and push you to reach your goals. What I really love is the positive vibe in the gym. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, you'll feel welcome and motivated here. Plus, the flexible timings and friendly staff make it easy to stick to a routine. Best gym ever. Peaceful atmosphere, very decent trainers, Abs, cardio, functional, aerobics, steam bath etc. All type of workout machinery available here.

The heart of the gym is the trainer and this gym clearly lacks experienced trainers. The trainers in there are noobs, they can't even answer the clients questions whom they are giving personal training. I do not recommend going in there as bodies are not made in fancy gyms like these. Your workout should feel rewarding and here it doesn't, even if you pay a hefty amount anywhere between 6-10k.

The gym is great at its infrastructure level..it has plenty of facilities..but lacks in proper guidance for a healthy lifestyle..the trainers, dieticians lack in regularity...if they are charging the highest in city..then there has to be proper attention for consumers..it should not be just for music system, tread mills or ACs..
