5 stars... The plethora of modern instrument helps you achieve your fitness goal, with motivating and well informed instructors. The owner put together a well equipped gym here, with thoughtful workout schedule. I joined few months ago, found it friendly and helpful to me. If you are around here must visit all gyms of the owner. Special thanks to my instructors and staff.

Very nice gym equipped with all necessary equipments like treadmill, cross trainer, Stationary bicycle, lat pulldown, shoulder press, machine fly, leg press etc... Trainers are very knowledgeable, motivating & polite. They will teach you everything like stretching, cardio, weight training etc.. Even though I have not paid any fees for personal training then too they help me a lot. Their are 3 trainers in total (1 female trainer for ladies batch) Gym opens early morning at 6 AM with pumping motivating music. Must join it if you want to transform yourself.
