I have been attending Dhruvi's personalised yoga sessions for the last one month. Within a month, I have experienced a significant improvement in my body postures. I had a health condition because of which my body became very stiff. However, by following Dhruvi's guidance around yoga postures, I have been able to do Surya Namaskar, sit in Ardhapadmasana and do pranayam while sitting in cross legged position (which used to be a challenge after my health condition). I express my sincere gratitude towards her.
