My experience at the Nilambag Palace Health Club (Gym) was far from satisfactory. While the gym has its merits, such as knowledgeable and friendly trainers and a fantastic location amidst nature, it falls short in several key areas. The gym is usually quiet, even during peak hours, which could be a plus for those who prefer a less crowded environment. However, the state of the equipment leaves much to be desired. Most of the equipment is old and there seems to be a lack of regular cleaning, making it an unhygienic place to work out. The air conditioning is unreliable, often leaving you sweating profusely in no time. The gym's operating hours are also inconvenient, closing as early as 10:30 in the morning. Despite its proximity to my home, which was the main reason I joined, the high membership price does not justify the lack of cleanliness. The steam room, an additional feature for members, is not included in the membership fee and is also unhygienic and poorly maintained. On a lighter note, you might occasionally catch a glimpse of the national bird, which adds a unique charm to the place. However, overall, my experience at Nilambag Palace Health Club (Gym) was disappointing.

All facilities are available which makes it a perfect place for workout. It is with air conditioning facilities which makes the workout comfortable. It is situated at nilambag Palace Hotel with lush green environment surrounded. And still quite reasonable rates.

I m writing this review for Nilambuag swimming pool as it is own and managed by same authorities and there is no separate page / contact details provided for swimming pool. With due respect, both and gym and swimming pool are good. Only problem is refund policy. As I joined swimming pool as couple package for 3 months in march 2020 and just after 2 days lockdown started. We enquired for refund or transfer to gym facility but they denied for either stating that they have no refund policy. There must be some provision for such special conditions as it's not our folt either. Hoping for change in refund policy.

Clean and sturdy amenity. Good instructors and sometimes even army personnel comes to teach self-defense.
