Aastha is very passionate and experienced when it comes to yoga . She holds a Master's degree in Yogic art and Science (MYASc). I will totally recommend her to anyone who is willing to begin their yoga journey.

I follow her since years now she opened her own yog classes. She used to tell don't say Yoga say Yog. She takes care of every little things regarding yog. Because we just fold our body and says we did yog but in reality yog is very deep science. I could learn deep meaning of yog because of her. If you just dont want to fold ur body and wanna grow ur soul spiritually than meet her once you will be forever student of her. In young age very mature and knowledgeable teacher I've ever seen in this particular field. Thank you Mam. Guys go for it.

I find Aastha ji during lockdown..and she taught us some yogic exercises and keep guiding us during our hard time. You can definitely go for it....she is a such beautiful soul and good human being ,u won't regret
