I had an extremely frustrating experience at Zing on October 5th, 2025.
We passed the security check without any issues, and at multiple points throughout the venue, we asked if pets were allowed. We were repeatedly told it was fine to bring them in. I had a small 8 month old kitten in a closed travel carrier, and both the security at the gate and the receptionist assured us that pets were welcome.
But shortly after settling in, my kitten started meowing. Within just 15 minutes, we were abruptly asked to take her outside and leave. To make the situation even more worse, we were told by the security that the car couldn't stay in the parking lot either, and we had to move it out of the premises entirely.
If pets weren't allowed, we should never have been cleared through security or told it was okay to bring her in. If they were allowed, then why were we suddenly asked to leave? It felt like we were misinformed at every stage, which made the entire experience feel completely unprofessional.
On top of that, the food didn't live up to expectations either. The kebabs were underwhelming and lacked flavor, though the soup was somewhat decent.
For all these reasons, giving a 1-star rating. A disappointing experience overall.

The A/C in the room we stayed was not working, we had to call the front dest multiple times, and even after that we had to use a standing fan because the room was getting suffocating, overall a enjoyable stay.

Hyatt overcharge deposit for my stay and did not respond to my email asking for refund of extra charges. Quite unethical practices to overcharge customers on extra deposit. The room and overall stay experience is average at best. Adding the worst customer service ever received from so call 5 stars hotel make the overall bad experience with this hotel.
