I stay here very nice hotel. Staff is very obedient and his service is very fast. All facility are available. Very clean and airy atmosphere. Management is good. I recommend this hotel for stay here.And philip (Staff) is very good person ,very helpful person.

This hotel although is located in a prime location with lots of eating options nearby, dmart nearby, is filled with flaws. To begin with, there are 6 floors - reception at floor no. 4, restaurant at floor no. 5 and rooms at floor no. 6. Out of the 2 lifts only one is operational. One has to wait to eternity for the lift to come. The rooms are not sound proof, noises from the corridor as well as the road are clearly heard. The washrooms accessories are too old, rusted, worn out and need to be replaced. The washroom was so dirty, all the used washing detergents, soaps etcs of the previous guests were still there. The water in the taps did not have sufficient pressure. The complimentary breakfast was not fresh and was not upto the mark. The gym is spacious but is located right opposite to the lift area. Since the partition glasses are transparent, everything can be seen from the inside. Also, some of the equipments are worn out and needs maintenance. The tariff is cheap, hence usually the guests are the ones who are in official trips. Overall a disappointing stay experience at this hotel.
