Wonderful Family Stay! I stayed here with my family of five -- my wife, my son, my twin infant daughters, and myself -- for two nights from 23rd October to 25th October 2025. My booking was made through an OTA, and initially, there seemed to be a bit of confusion between the OTA and the property management system, which caused some irritation and frustration at the time of check-in. However, once the misunderstanding was cleared, everything about our stay turned out to be truly delightful. From that point onward, I began to notice the exceptional hospitality and warm service extended by every department -- be it security, front office, housekeeping, the kitchen staff, or the food & service team. Each member displayed politeness, professionalism, and a genuine sense of ownership toward ensuring guest comfort. The dinner on the first night and the breakfasts on the following days were absolutely splendid. The buffet spread was sumptuous, well-varied, and delicious -- offering a perfect mix of vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and sweet dishes. The live counters were handled with impressive dedication by the kitchen staff, and the service team's promptness in attending to each table was truly commendable. Adding to the charm was a live musical performance by a talented lady singer whose soulful songs beautifully complemented the ambience of the evening. I would also like to specifically appreciate a few team members whose names I recall -- Shashank, Abhishek, Saumya, Prakash, Omkar, Mr. Ram along with all the ladies managing the dinner buffet and the front desk. The housekeeping staff (special mention) too were extremely polite and efficient, maintaining our rooms with care and attention. The security personnel and uniformed HK staff members reflected professionalism and pride in their work. A special mention goes to Mr. Brijnandan, the General Manager, for his hands-on leadership and personal involvement in ensuring guest satisfaction. His vision and sensitivity toward delivering high standards of service through well-trained staff and available resources truly stood out. Overall, it was a wonderful and heartwarming experience, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable, family-friendly getaway. I look forward to revisiting soon! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The food was excellent -- a great variety with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes at every meal. The service throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and professional, from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff. The pool area was spotless and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the gym -- clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a solid workout. The overall facilities were top-notch, creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for quality service, good food, and great amenities!

Awesome stay. Loveable hospitality. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Nice swimming pool with garden view Gym. All with reasonable tariff. Even the days extension I also smooth even we from third party booking with Agoda. I always hesitate to submit my review. Nice staff support

Very comfortable stay well trained staff, front office team Abhishek, Shashank, Soumya and Shradhanjali are always available for all support. Pool is well maintained and food quality is very good. Resort style hotel and good place to stay for nature lovers.
