Rooms are OK. But service is very poor. I checked in at around 5 pm. The AC of the room was not working, despite repeated complaints no one attended. after 1 hour , my room was changed. And guess what they changed my room to the handicap room. I had to settle with a room that was changed 5 times. Not a proper customer service experience.
Stayed over the weekend. Not very crowded. Close to railway station. Ample parking. Service was bit slow. Water we had to ask multiple times. Could not figure out why sometimes the hot water was muddy in the wash basin. The faucet in the toilet was not convenient. The shampoo and body lotion stands were broken. Shampoo and body lotion in tubes. No place to keep in the bathroom! Bed comfortable. Chairs too. Lighting good. View was terrace. Probably renovation. Quite noisy. Gym was namesake. Stuffy. No towels or water.
Good stay. Spacious clean rooms. Ample parking for guests. Courteous staff at the restaurant. Sumit and Raveena were excellent.
Served by Mr.Sumit, the quality of food was fantastic. The flavour of mocktails made by him were Superb. One has to visit Lords plaza for such a delicious food and ambience. Thanks.
Excellent food and hospitality by hotel staff and Chef Dinesh. You can just ask Chef Dinesh for variety food and he will serve you with exquisite dish. We ordered spanish soup it was wonderful with a mild taste but unique taste and the best dish he served was Rice with mustard curry with exotic vegetable it was perfect ni toum. Must visit once and try the dish.
