It is a public place to maintain health of people in general. In older times people used to come here and learn and do exercises. They also learnt different Akhadian art. By the passage of time the charm and usefulness disappeared as the concerned authority did not pay attention to maintain and develope it. I often pass by it. I hope its better future.
