I have recently joined the gym. I have many challenges but I would like to appreciate Ms. Rina for her constant support, encouragement, dedication and passion towards her work as a instructor. She is clear about few things specially 'ghar ka khana' and is ready to give many great options for food and remedies. She is a decent person and approachable. I personally adore her way of approach and her sweet smile which is always drawn on her face. She is strict in her own way which will help me and many others to manage weight. Tones of thanks madam.

RHH gym is only for ladies..Excellent personal training. Trainer who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Trainer is strict related to diet but also good advisor to how to maintain diet and add yoga and other activities in busy lifestyle specially for working women. My experience with RHH has been excellent. Rina Ma'm has extensive knowledge when it comes to diet (she's the best I've seen so far). Gym equipments are modern and very well maintained. Staff is also very cooperative.
