ZEUS FITNESS POINT

Extremely disappointed with Zeus Fitness Point. I paid 6,500 for a 3-month membership but had to relocate to Mumbai after just 15 days due to an unavoidable job opportunity. Despite clearly explaining my situation and requesting at least a partial refund, the management repeatedly refused, hiding behind a rigid no-refund policy mentioned in the invoice. Such one-sided policies show zero customer care or flexibility, even in genuine cases. A gym should value people, not just money. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects fairness, empathy, or professionalism. There are many other gyms that treat their members with respect and understanding -- choose them instead.

The Gym atmosphere is really good, music that sets your tone but not loud so that you can easily have a conversation. The trainers are friendly and ready to help you even if you haven't opted and paid for a PT. There are different rules written on the walls for different group of equipments for eg. Cardio, Strength(Machines & Weights) and they are explained by the trainers as well. The restroom area for men's has a shower, steam, toilets and cupboards to keep your belongings. They even give you a diet & fitness plan which is included in the subscription as per your goals. There's no restriction in using mobile phones but within the rules and regulations of the gym. Can't think of anything that can be better or fixed here.

I recently joined ZEUS Fitness Point and the experience has been really good. The trainers guide well, the environment is positive, and the equipment is well-maintained. It feels motivating to work out here and I'm happy with my decision to join.

The ambiance is invigorating and conducive to focused training, while the premises are impeccably maintained with exemplary standards of hygiene.

Amazing experience in gym all trainers are good. Even they can have food court in that all the healthy items are available.i loved it.
