Extremely disappointed with Zeus Fitness Point. I paid 6,500 for a 3-month membership but had to relocate to Mumbai after just 15 days due to an unavoidable job opportunity. Despite clearly explaining my situation and requesting at least a partial refund, the management repeatedly refused, hiding behind a rigid no-refund policy mentioned in the invoice. Such one-sided policies show zero customer care or flexibility, even in genuine cases. A gym should value people, not just money. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects fairness, empathy, or professionalism. There are many other gyms that treat their members with respect and understanding -- choose them instead.
