VTown The Gym

1/5 I had an extremely disappointing experience with Vtown The Gym. I called twice to inquire about membership details, and both times, the lady who answered was shockingly rude. Her tone was dismissive, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine the service members receive. I won't be stepping foot in this gym--terrible first impression! Recommended to avoid such place there are plenty options available in the market.

VTown truly impresses with its top-notch equipment - everything is well-maintained and there's a fantastic variety of machines and weights. Beyond the gear, the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, always making you feel welcome and supported. Hemraj, in particular, always goes above and beyond to be friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. His positive attitude, along with the rest of the team, creates a really motivating environment. It's a fantastic environment for a great workout!

This gym is a complete scam. They take your money with false promises and then vanish when it's time to deliver. The receptionist is completely fake - trained only to lie and trap people into fake memberships. Once the payment is done, they ignore calls, deny services, and behave like you don't exist. I'm sharing this review by my honest experiences in this gym

After renovation the gym got better, but still some equipments are not upto mark. The gym staff's behaviour is good

It's 1 month completed to join Youthtown Fitness Centre. Great experience and coachs are so familiar and supportive also and I would also like to appreciate the management of Youthtown fitness center. I strongly recommend you to join Youthtown Fitness Centre for having a great health. The results of weight loss are superb !! Amazing I am much impressed about it. and bodybuilding is also a attractive factor to join here. I am continuing for 1 year and hope will continue here for a long time.
