SFW - THE GYM (Paldi)

Started gym 3 months ago and have had great experience through out. The staff and coaches are very friendly and understanding. I have actually seen a lot of difference in myself and would surely recommend you to get personal training.

I joined SFW Gym in Paldi two months ago and it's been a fantastic experience! As a woman, I feel incredibly comfortable and safe here. The trainers are super supportive and helpful, the gym is always spotlessly clean, and the equipment is top-notch. It has a very positive and motivating environment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym in the area!

SFW The Gym, Paldi is a solid pick if you want serious gains without breaking the bank -- friendly & motivating trainers, clean spaces, and lots of equipment to keep you pushing. Sometimes it's crowded during peak hours and staff could be more attentive, but overall it's got that energy that makes you want to show up every day. Great value for what you get!

I've been working out here since 15 days and i really like the place. The SFW Paldi gym is well equipped with all the machinery. The gym offers a wide range of workouts like strength training, yoga, zumba, floor workouts etc. The trainers are very knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to help, and they provide great guidance whether you're a beginner or advanced.

Gym is good. They are sweet on face but the trainers over there are rude and mean, if you don't participate in the activities like festival or random game session due to personal reasons they say "if you don't attend I'll not show you Tomorrow, now see how I let you wolk in gym, now I'll not guide you if you ask anything related gym." All of that they say with a smiley face so that it's not a direct warning. But then they taunt every now and then in front of everyone during group activity. Where is the professionalism? They call us to ask if we don't go to gym that's good but never takes our complaint seriously. There was only 1 fan and 2 AC in which one was not working at all and other not working properly for months where as they sit infront of tabel fan and say it's hot. How can someone workout in studio room without AC. Also they do not keep the gym clean and made us work out on a floor full with spider web, dust, hair, etc saying the staff is on holiday for days! Did not find another staff temporary. And it's irritating how they interrupt our workout or activity again and again just to record for their social media.
