We are in your service since 2008 in fitness industry we are having vast experience, we provide services like Zumba, Aerobics, Tabata, Yoga, HIIT, Strength Training, Weight Training, Pilates, and many more. Moreover we give our best to all students and give them proper attention to help their fitness journey we have trained more then 10k students in our entire career, we are specialised in weight loss and nutrition, we always try to understand the real reason behind weight gain of students and try to resolve it.

I have been with this class since last 5 months. Amazing instructor for fitness and he also teaches how to get calm. I can see changes in my body and also on my health. Our instructor (Monty sir) teaches to be healthy in a fun way. So that I don't feel very lazy to go to workout class. I love to attend Monty's fitness studio. I really feel very refreshing and fit after attending each session. Thank you Monty Sir

I have been with him since long .he is not only a good trainer but wonderful human being. what ever u dream regarding ur body / health he will inculcate this dream in u and surely give his 100% to achieve it . He not only trained his students for being fit but make that habit to be fit with scheduled diet ,and practice of exercise.
