Dear Owner, Thank you for taking the time to respond to my earlier review. I would like to clarify that I am replying from another email ID, only because I had already posted a review once and received a response from you. This is simply a continuation of that feedback -- not a new complaint, but an honest update based on what happened afterward. After my previous review, your trainers were informed about it, and instead of taking the complaint seriously, they started asking their old clients and friends to post fake positive reviews -- this happened right in front of us. Around 6:40-6:45 p.m., I personally saw Piyush, Akshay, and Harsh requesting people to write reviews, and Piyush even said in Gujarati, "Atyare maaru review nakh karke," which clearly shows that they were begging for ratings rather than improving service quality. As soon as the owner was informed about the review, the trainers started getting reviews posted back-to-back from multiple people, which anyone can clearly see online by checking the short time gaps between those new reviews. This clearly proves that these are not genuine member experiences but forced or requested reviews just to increase ratings. With due respect, I'd like to say that fake reviews will not fix real problems. If I wished to, I could easily ask my 400+ staff members and their families to post hundreds of negative reviews, but that's not the intention -- my goal is only to see honest improvement. We also have photos and videos as proof showing the trainers' careless behavior and the poor gym conditions. Instead of collecting fake reviews, I would genuinely suggest focusing on better service, proper management, and professional training. To be honest, apart from Ansh, not a single trainer seems serious about their work. If required, I can provide date-wise proof of everything mentioned. When a new member joins, the first few days are crucial. Trainers should pay attention and provide proper guidance. However, on my very first day, I had to inform them that I was new. Piyush only showed me warm-up and cardio and told me to continue that for 8-10 days -- that's not professional training at all. Also, before joining, your team was very regular in follow-ups every 2-3 days for payment. But after payment, no one even called or checked whether I had started coming or needed help. This shows a clear lack of professionalism and customer care. Overall, it feels like the gym is being run just for the sake of business, not for fitness. The trainers appear untrained and uninterested, and the gym management focuses more on collecting money and boosting ratings than on providing genuine service. I sincerely hope you take this feedback constructively and work on real improvements -- because no member deserves such an unprofessional experience after trusting your brand.
