To top it off, they aggressively pushed me to sign up for another facility of their choice, which turned out to be an even more chaotic and poorly managed mess. My attempts to reach them by phone were met with deafening silence, and it wasn't until I made the trek to their new, inconveniently placed site--10-11 km from where it used to be--that I got any response. The rude staff, broken equipment, and overall neglect turned what should have been a fitness journey into a regrettable ordeal. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this gym at all costs!

Hello. DO NOT join this Gym. Honestly, I'd give zero stars if that were an option. They shifted their Gym without any information and the one year membership fees was not refunded after multiple follow-ups. They insisted that i join another gym that they chose, which was an even worse option. They did not respond to any follow-ups on phone until I visited their new location (10-11kms from their original location). Terrible experience.

I had took 3 memberships of 1 year and now they have moved somewhere else without any information and i dont even know where the new gym Is
