Blackk Traxx - The Fittnasium | Best Gym in satellite, Ahmedabad

One of the few gyms in the area with good facilities. The maintenance is of the standard. The gym employees are very friendly and easy to talk to. Even the people in the gym are of very helping nature. There may be some time when the gym is crowded, but people are ready to share the equipments with you, and even help you understand the exercises if you are new. Also, afaik it may be the only gym in the area with a dedicated DJ station. So all in all, the atmosphere has oomph factor to it.

I've been going to Black Traxx Gym regularly and I must say it's one of the best gyms in the area. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and always ready to help. The equipment is well-maintained and the environment is clean and motivating. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this gym provides everything you need to reach your fitness goals. Extremely disappointing experience. I reached out to ask about membership, but they refused to share any details over call or text. On top of that, the staff member I spoke with was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. If this is how they treat someone who is genuinely interested in joining, I can only imagine how they behave once you've paid. Definitely not the kind of customer service I'd expect from a professional gym.

Cons: - The lift of the building is too small - Parking space in peak hours is hard to find - Irresponsible trainers, there are multiple reasons behind it, which I couldn't disclose here. - No serious management - Limited equipment compared to fees - No proper rules like maintain equipment, re-reck the plats and dumbbells after exercise, no time limit (this is fun for a few who are free and want to spend hours in the gym) - No trainers on odd hours to help (unless you are a friend of theirs or a yes man for them) - No hygiene - No space in the changing area as people used to sit there or put bags there Pros: - Due to high charges, the quality of the people who are coming for the exercise is good - If you request that staff turn on the A/C when needed - Few staff members are good, they know the problems with management and other issues, but they couldn't provide any solutions due to bad management - If you are a gym freak or a free person and you need 4-5 hours of gym or love to spend hours in the gym, this is your place
