Have been a member here but pathetic management. U end up fighting for treadmill because 2 are always shut out of 4... despite telling management no change... poor response High cost low service

This is a premium gym compare to others around. Qualified and experienced trainers, good ambience and good music. Lockers, Man and women separate wet are aand steam bath are few of the major facilities. Parking is available in front lane of the building or else you may find parking at the back. They also have spa.The gym's management has recently changed and now it's name is Shisha Wellness.

With lots of expectations I booked a spa and a facial at ananta The ambience left me wondering why is it SO HYPED. No music only irritating sounds of people talking After massage shower was given in a cubicle in a far away common shared gym showers. Never seen such shoddy service

worst experience ever...only money is matter for this wellness center. customer's skin, face doesn't matter. very very careless staff nd untrained staff that harmful for the customers... unprofessional behavior.. I had done MDA facial..but my all skin become red because of their untrained staff...

I'd give it no stars if I could. I paid for four laser sittings. In four months, their machine had to be sent for repairs twice. Both times I had to follow up and book appointments. They never called or followed up. Since I was to move to usa for studies, I couldn't finish my last sitting. While I argued with them about their unprofessionalism, their manager Mihir had the audacity to tell me that because I didn't want their services anymore, I was coming up with excuses.
