Your guidance and teachings have not only helped me find inner peace but also created a wonderful and enjoyable environment for me to practice in. Your dedication and passion for yoga are truly inspiring, and I appreciate the effort you put into making each class unique and beneficial. I also want to thank you for teaching kids' yoga - my kid has thoroughly enjoyed the classes and has learned so much from you! Your patience, kindness, and ability to connect with the kids are truly commendable. Thank you for being an amazing teacher, mentor, and guide. I'm grateful to have you as my yoga mam, and I look forward to many more months of learning and growing with you!

I started my yoga journey with JBN Yoga Studio just 3 months ago, and within this short span, I've not only lost 7-8 kg but also feel so much more relaxed, energized, and flexible than before. I've been attending the ladies yoga class for a few days now, and it's been a truly refreshing experience. The instructor is knowledgeable, calm, and very supportive of all fitness levels. Very good teacher.she has excellent knowledge of yoga. All type of yoga she teaches she gives personal attention. she has therapeutic knowledge as well. centre is equipped with all types of yoga props. she has multiple certifications n very grounded in nature. Fees is super affordable. Kids yoga is very enjoyable. She also takes sessions on Jal Neti detoxification technique.

Mark my words ladies. If you're really looking for weight loss or pcod,health issues most important fitness and flexibility. Then go-ahead join JBN yoga classes. I joined here only for fitness and to grow personality. I am really satisfied and i just love the way jabeen ma'am teach us she is such a enthusiastic personality. Don't waste your time just join JBN classes.

It has been 2 weeks since I've joined the classes. It's so amazing that you won't miss a day for yoga. Ma'am is so humble and polite. Thank you so much ma'am was looking for such classes for a long time and got the one.

I have been in touch with maam since more than a year when class was at different location Just go for it ladies !! Amazing result and mental boost with fitness perfect combo she is so gentle and affectionate I am under heavy medications but feel light with her yoga style My periods became regular,,,,and i wait for yoga time everyday
