We checked super early after flight was delayed all night. They were more than accommodating and friendly. Honestly we didn't have time to enjoy anything besides the room which was amazing with beautiful view.

Off Highway 45, this contemporary hotel is 8 km from the Aeropuerto Internacional de Guanajuato, and 23 km from the iconic Cristo Rey statue at the top of Cerro del Cubilete. Staff is kind. Location is Very good The free shuttle from and to the hotel is great. The Taxi they provide is in terrible condition. Cleaness of beds are good. Cleaness of carpet and shower are terrible. Shower Water pressure: dont stay on higher than 3rd and below to get some water pressure. 5th levels the power pressure of the shower is almost nothing. I opened the water for 15 minutes until I got some warm water. Mosquitoes are all over. Specially the resturant. Food taste is not good. I had to switch two rooms for room cleanness and then I gave up and I stayed on the third. Resturant food: below average. Food Room service will take for ever. Street dogs will hang out around the entrance between the hotel and the sport bar belong to it.

Rooms need update , no hot water super upset that I had to take cold showers. Breakfast is not included. They need to make sure they update pool; was out of service. Much needed new work around the hotel. Ladies in the front desk was not very polite on my first stay at the hotel. I even payed Sunday but left Saturday evening I couldn't stay one more day their at the hotel.

Sadly to say , if you don't have a suit and ties they won't treat you with respect . I went to the two restaurants they have and the service was bad and the food was not the top notch , they need to hired , people willing to serve and give good customer service. If the Service is good food taste great cause you did your best . They don't have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get an order from a customer , you don't have a weeding or a freaking booked out hotel to provide service to customers

We found hair in the bathroom shower. The spa was supposed to be open until 8:30pm but was closed when we tried to use at 5pm. When we asked front desk, they said the spa staff left to work at another Hotsson. Room service phone number is not answering at 6:45pm. I called front desk, and they said they needed to call me back. It has been 30 minutes. This is not a serious hotel.
