Wonderful stay with great hospitality! The Flora Grand Hotel offers an excellent blend of comfort, service, and convenience. I was visited in The Flora Grand Hotel for official purposes and stay two nights. I have some feedback to Flora Grand and some good things which mentioned below. Best Part - Rooms is awesome and well maintained. Room interior was peaceful. - Cleaning of rooms and hotel common area is great. - Hotel staffs are well supported and response any time. - Best view from my room balcony. - Hotel staffs provide all of things which you want to stay. - Morning breakfast is testy and healthy. - Dinner is also testy and sufficient for you. - Good things is that, alcohol facilities not available. Things needs to Improve. - I have reach hotel at 1:30 AM due to my flight was delayed more than expected time and i was asked to hotel staff to arrange dinner, but they denay. I was coming from Mumbai and that area was very new to me, so I can't arrange my food in local area. Ultimately i sleep empty stomach. I know that Hotel restaurant closing time is fixed, but anybody come from other states and new for this area, please help to arrange food in mid night in case come very late. Whatever you have charge for this. - Second things, saving kit and brushing kit was not provided in room. These type of things is mandatory for all people and all hotels provided the same. - Third things, dinner price are slightly high. These are my feedback and observations. Please try to improve on above concerns, it is helpful to all customers. Thanks
