One of the best places to workout and boost up your energy in goa. A HIIT focusing facility(High Intensity Interval Training. It simply is a mixture of MMA movements without the actual fighting to burn calories and fats and to help reduce weight. they also offer different classes like Boxing, kick boxing aand Jiu jitsu,I highly recommend this gym, so to all martial arts enthusiast out there or those just wanting to lose weight come and visit this facility...The trainer Mr swapnil is absolutely friendly and helpful. He is out there to explain you in every way how to achieve your goals. He is also fun to be around with... It's a 100 Percent recommend!!

Arguably the best mma gym in South Goa, the coach is very knowledgeable and skilled and the equipment is in excellent condition, not to mention the rates being very reasonable for the amount of experience gained as well.
