The gym has a really positive atmosphere and feels comfortable to work out in. The equipment is well-maintained and there's everything I need for a good session. The staff are friendly and supportive. Trainer Chandan is extremely supportive and makes every workout feel achievable. He explains exercises clearly and always push me just enough to improve without feeling overwhelmed. Also Uday, Angelo and Sir Sagar Thanks to their guidance, I feel stronger, more confident, and motivated to keep going.

Training with Chandan ( trainer ) has been a life-changing experience. More than just a fitness coach, he has been a true mentor, motivator, and guide. Every session is filled with dedication, knowledge, and a genuine care for progress -- both physical and mental. His attention to form, consistency, and personal goals is unmatched. To start with I would say I joined for the first time after my studies so I had no idea / experience about any workouts done in gym, but the trainers here teach each & every exercise in proper form with step by step guidance with positive behaviour. In addition I would say this gym has proper hygiene, maintenance and positive environment with very well behaved trainers. Enjoy doing workout here.. Definitely I would recommend it everyone to achieve their fitness goal ..

Amazing place to workout. Good equipment. The trainers Chandu, Agnelo and Uday are well trained. They keep you motivated. The owner Sagar is extremely encouraging and keeps giving you targets to achieve. Overall a really good experience.
