One of the best gym in ponda with best trainer. Space is well occupied. Proper equipments. Steam bath, sauna available. Separate space for cardio workouts. I would like to suggest them to come up with ropes and tire workouts.

Waste of money they charge you 600rs for month if you join gym ..Less area for excercise cardio is ok ..not recommended. (NEVER ENTER VEDS HAIR CUTTING SALOON)worst barber's no knowledge and money wasting

the location of this gym is too good, its well equipped with instrument and instructors, steam bath is available and hair saloon and spa which is really less expensive and worth going for it...!!
