Pooja is amazing! Her energy is contagious, making each class a fun and motivating experience. She is knowledgeable about dance fitness routines, and great at providing modifications for different fitness levels. I feel challenged, but also supported, and I always leave feeling energized and happy. Pooja always incorporate new music and dance styles, keeping the class fresh and exciting, patient and understanding, and make sure everyone feels comfortable, no matter their experience level. I've seen my stamina improve and I'm finally comfortable with the more challenging moves, "I highly recommend pooja to anyone looking for a fun and effective workout!"
