Sonia is an excellent yoga instructor. She is very kind and attentive and understands what is required to be done. She breaks down each pose so clearly. She wonderfully explains why each pose is done and what area of the body it targets . She has vast knowledge in the field.

My child has been a student of Team Golden dragon since many months learning karate and Gymnastic with them. We were eagerly waiting for this to startup at parra side.
