My daughter is trained with coach Raunak Singh and have been for last 2.5 yrs so.I can assure you that they are very well trained and organizations that hold tournament have refs that are VERY careful with children competitions for their safety. She is learning MMA, Tong il modo, jiu jitsu, self defense, etc
Bhanvi has been going to DBO Panjim for few months now . I would say Ronny Sir is the best coach so far I have ever met .
