Best gym in the heart of Mapusa with super good trainers, especially Rohit. He's a bit strict, but in the best way possible, as it really pushes you to get real results. I can vouch for it after spending half a year there. I and also the people around me started noticing difference just after a month. Initially, I was really skeptical about gyms in general, as I didn't have any understanding of how to use the machines, but the trainers really help you out. Mostly, you'd see all referrals joining here, as word of mouth really works in their favour. Unlike those big-name gyms that are super crowded and only help you for a month or two, this is a place is where they actually train you properly and motivates you.
