I've been working out at The Workout Zone in Mapusa for the past 7 months and honestly, I love it. The gym has everything you need, but the best part is the trainer, Amar. He really knows his stuff and gives super personalized advice -- from what to eat to how much weight to lift. He started me off slow and built things up over time, which made a huge difference. It's the first time I've actually looked forward to going to the gym. Totally recommend it if you're around Mapusa and want a solid place to train.

The training is strict as well as extremely patient at the same time, a combination that is difficult to find.
