It is amazing to be a part of Stacy's YOG NIRODHA. Everyday i feel welcomed and safe to join as she will understand your body type your health problems and only then one's routine is set. Best Yog classes in town, High Quality of asana are being practiced on daily basis. I think if u want to keep urself fit, Yog Nirodha is the place you should look up to.
