Had a wonderful experience purchasing bicycles for my kids. They have wide range of bicycles of all sizes and colours. They explained about pros and cons of all bikes available. Billing and fitting was quick too. Quite a seamless process.
Don't approach this wicked people to service your premium cycles. They will fit your machine with substandard after market spares which you will suffer during your rides which will not last two months. Mechanic is behaving like a goon and his technical approach is zero. No proper estimate for repair, No bills, No quality spares with them. These third rate people don't even deserve one star. The entire gear shifting mechanism become a mess after given my imported bicycle to service with them. Changed pedals they claimed imported starts to give harsh sound. Cassette which they charged 3K is failed in 3 months. The rear gear mechanism completely failed and out of 9 speed only 7 was working. They never admit their faults and no guilt feeling for cheating a customer.After a heated argument I given the bicycle to CHAMPS , which is just 500 mtr away from this looters...Champs services are really professional in and original Shimano spares and wide variety of cycles and Equipment's you can see. Shame on you Jose Cabral..
