Govt Gym Fatorda

An excellent, pocket-friendly gym for those primarily interested in weightlifting. However, individuals focused on cardio may need to look elsewhere, as there is only one treadmill, which can lead to long wait times if it's occupied.

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at this gym. Despite our respectful approach, this person is incredibly rude and arrogant, showing a complete lack of professionalism. It's unacceptable for a government employee to behave this way, especially in a public service role. I plan to file an RTI and escalate this matter to the director. Such behavior should not be tolerated, and I strongly recommend that this person be transferred immediately. This kind of third class attitude has no place in public service. I think govt has gone worst. It was my 3rd time visit. --

This is a govt gym, located on left hand side of the entrance gate of multipurpse complex of fatorda stadium. It is well equipped. Monthly fees is rs 400 and for students it is rs.200 per month. Timings- morning 6 to 10 and evening 3 to 8. Admission is open upto 10th of every month. You need to carry 2 photographs. Staff is very friendly. Rush hours- morning 7 to 8:30 & evening 5 to 8. Compulsory to carry gym shoes and towel. Outside shoes are not allowed. Cleanlinesses is maintained very well. It is equipped with all the machines including treadmill and dumbbells. Air conditioner- yes Music - no
