The gym has the needed equipments and there is no much crowd in the morning. The trainers also are supportive. Well it becomes much crowded in the evening and you might have to wait in line for ur turn on some machines. Overall I say it is a good gym for regular workouts.

Awesome Gym. As a first time gym-goer, the registration process and my first day was done very smoothly and seamlessly by trainer Saif. He introduced me to all the equipment and demonstrated everything to help me reap the best out of the equipment. Overall, it is a well equipped and functional gym and is very popular among the local crowd.

Have been working out here for many years now and has always been clean and the trainers are very good at their work. Special mention to the trainers Sainath and surfraj for always being supportive during workouts.....

This place is amazing but there are some people who think working out in a place with no air flow is gonna make them lose weight and some people stink too much, that disturbs me when im working out. And i feel like leaving this gym.
