I've been practicing yoga at home for a while, but it was never consistent. I would often get busy with work or something else and end up skipping it. That's when I felt it was important to join proper classes and bring yoga back into my daily routine. I came to know about Deep Breathe Yoga Shala through my wife, who has been attending here regularly. I even took her feedback before joining -- and I'm glad I did. One thing I really like is that the class starts at 9 AM, which is perfect for me because I usually wake up a bit late. Another great thing is that there's also a 6 AM batch, so there's flexibility in timing. Shimagne teaches in a very clear and patient way. Many people can teach yoga, but not everyone can explain it in a way that helps you do it correctly -- and that makes a big difference. Also, the yoga shala is always very clean and even the washrooms are well maintained. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at Deep Breathe and would definitely recommend this class to anyone who wants to practice yoga sincerely.
