I am a certified Advanced Physique Transformation Coach & a Certified Personal Trainer from National Academy of Sports Medicine & a certified Zumba trainer. Im also a nutritionist & a mentor helping people lead a healthy and a fit lifestyle. My programs are an amalgamation of everything that I have learnt. Cardiorespiratory training & resistance training is the core. I also incorporate Plyometric, Calisthenics, Flexibility, Pilates, Core Training, Yoga asana, Speed & Agility drills, Animal flow and many others in Abs-Track programs. I help a beginner slowly transition into an active lifestyle. Intermediate fitness enthusiasts into advanced & advanced into an elite. My diet plans are wholesome, well balanced & do-able.
