Great Gym...Awesome ambience .. Would like to share couple of point which might help other user in choosing a better gym from the rest available options 1) Instructors and owner of the gym is very helpful unlike other gym from Bhailipeth were in Owner gets annoyed and paranoid when when we ask instructor for a support while weight lifting 2) owner of the Gym is very friendly and environment in gym is refreshing unlike the one which I have mentioned above were in we (member ) are not allowed to speak a Word or Gym owner might start scolding. 3) Once you are a member over here the only compulsion from the owner is that you must do your excirse daily and he personally looks into every case and works on their excirse plan ...Unlike other one ..Were in Owneris a nagging person and he keeps on telling you to get him a new member ...It not only irritates members mentality but it also makes him to quit a gym (this happened to me) 4 ) conclusion : if you are in a dilemma of choosing a gym ..I would strongly suggest you opt for R Studio and you will get value for your money also your fitness will be at the peak ..

Nice place for workout in Bicholim I am going here for last 5 months and I lose 30kg of my weight in this 5 months Nice environment Trainers are also very friendly.....
