Its spacious with latest equipments catering to all your fitness needs.The trainers (Anoop and Asif) guides you to the best of their knowledge.Not being too crowded even at peak timings allows you comfort to do your workout without wasting your precious time. The gym also has ample parking space,changing room,hot and cold shower and locker facility. Mr Akash too there is there to guide you regularly for your diet n workout needs. Would recommend to everyone who wishes to take their fitness seriously.

LIFESTYLE FITNESS is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers( Mr. ANOOP & Mr. ASIF) are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a change in my energy levels and body. The gym is equipped with best quality equipments, it's completely hygienic, steembath facilities wich is like icing on the cake and Mr. Akash the Dietician who's is always there to guide and gives the perfect tips for a healthy Lifestyle physique. By far this gym provides the best facility around. The ownership to management to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LIFESTYLE FITNESS to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this new facility. LIFESTYLE FITNESS has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Initial impressions were quite okay but must say no other fitness center or gym can match the level of lifestyle fitness. Every small detail was considered to make this gym perfect for ppl k in and around BICHOLIM-GOA. Totally worth it.
