On leafy grounds in a residential area, this warm guesthouse is 2 km each from the Indian Naval Aviation Museum, tranquil Hollant Beach and Goa International Airport.
Relaxed rooms offer flat-screen TVs, microwaves and minifridges, plus free Wi-Fi, private wet rooms, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Suites add separate sitting areas and balconies.
Breakfast and an airport shuttle are complimentary. Other amenities include a hot tub, gardens and a gym.
Recently I stayed here for one night. It took a long time to locate the place because the directions given by OyoRooms were totally wrong and misleading and the signage not visible.
However, the hotel was pleasant, the room clean and comfortable with a good toilet and basic toiletries. The bed and mattress was excellent and sleep quality was very good. The staff was eager to please and prompt in service.
Breakfast the next day was simple but adequate, with eggs, puri bhaji, toast, etc although the synthetic "juice" was a total disaster.
I can strongly recommend this hotel - excellent value for money.

The staff is okayish. Towels weren't provided when we reached. We had to ask twice before they provided us with the same. In one of our rooms, the AC wasn't working and there was no remote for the AC. The rooms are decently maintained. There were stains on the wall and it wasn't dusted properly. But, it's not uninhabitable. Also, they don't have a restaurant however, they do bring food from outside. But, breakfast is not provided.

Isolated location : no restaurant, no shop at walking distance ( 2km)
Hotel staff : rude and charges 3 times of the MRP of water bottle. One complementary water bottle per room no matter how many guest stay there and for rest of the bottles you order they will charge 40Rs for 15Rs water bottle.
Food : they provide cold meals and the complementary meals are so bad that even animals won't eat that.
They do not allow to order food from outside.
I booked for 3 guest but we got only 2 beds.
And there 3rd bed cum sofa had a big hole. So I couldn't sleep on it and had to put my mattress on floor.
TV usually doesn't work ( no channels )

Accommodation was great, but other accessories were unusable for example gym and jacuzzi. The food was the worst. Example the khichdi we ordered was way too salty. To be honest the stay was not worth the total cost we paid. The rooms we excellent. Services also good. Location: it is close to the Bogmalo beach.

A lovely location, well maintained rooms, excellent food and courteous staff. The ambience is quite somber. The staff is quick to fulfill any personal requests and are very accomodating to individual needs. A few minutes away from the pristine Bogmalo beach and a ten minutes ride from Goa airport. Located midway through North and South Goa. Highly recommended for a happy vacation.
