Dropped in for an open gym workout whilst traveling. Decent set of CrossFit equipment. They have only one rig. However the beach side gym has not been kind of the equipment. Many have signs of corrosion and poor maintenance. Drop-in price was Rs.800.

In the beginning I was intimidated, majority of man and heavy heavy weights. But I wanted to try CrossFit, so stayed. And after a few classes I was impressed with the high level of commitment and professionalism of the trainers, their motivation to teach and see results in the group is totally contagious. And the results! :D I want more girls, to make it more fun, that's all.

It's a perfect workout gym for cross fit and core strength workouts. Love the people and atmosphere here. Ask for Ravi and he will guide you through the entire process of the workout.

Great space and amazing workout programs! Classes conducted by skilled professionals.. Finally managed to enter a routine with the help of trainers here. Strongly recommend!

A very good gym and good infrastructure.. very well trained gym instructor and professional.. loved the atmosphere.
