Very basic- more of a home gym than a professional gym. You have to walk through a restaurant to enter. No Olympic bars, smith machine doesn't work, good luck if you want to train legs. Still managed to get a pretty decent workout in but they're pushing it at a price of 200INR PP. The no towel no workout rule is also a bit backwards for such a dead gym.

Where do I start this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. There is awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainer here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. It has a card system where you can just swipe the card and enter in isn't it cool. Its very clean and close to the football ground. The location is very easy to find. I hav been doing excerise for many and I enjoy with excellent speakers while doing my excerise. There is a beautiful garden outside the gym. So all u friends visit PAULS GYM it's the best.,

The gym is pretty basic w.r.t. the equipments. Only downside is most of them are rust and old. They are functioning though. Get your gloves for sure.

Good place to workout...it's a perfect combination of cardio and gym as it's situated exactly opposite the football ground so you can do your cardio outdoor and it's very clean which creates a good atmosphere...

Very bad experience. They didn't allow me in the gym because I was not carrying towel.. even there was not a single member in the gym. It is almost dead gym ...horrible
