I've been training with Coach Warren for 1 year and can honestly say he's one of the best coaches I've ever worked with. His attention to detail, energy, and ability to push you the right way have completely transformed how I train.
Warren's sessions are always structured, motivating, and genuinely enjoyable - he knows how to get the best out of you while keeping things fun. Beyond the workouts, he's just a great person to talk to, and I'll definitely miss our post-session chats (I am moving on because the DIFC branch has the worst traffic, and the gym is tired)

It's an amazing gym, the staff are welcoming, the coaches are nice and really motivate everyone of every fitness level. Not to mention all the equipment you'll need, amazing locker rooms and the environment is nice and fun. And the classes will make you work hard. I can't think of a better gym

Today I visited this gym for the first time. And I was so happy. It's very clean, well organised place. I attended 40Hard group glass and you know I got energy for all my day.
